The bad news is that if an item isn't pictured online, it is not available for online order. The good news is we may be able to get it for you but we only take special orders at our booth. Please stop by our booth at Frank & Son's for more information.

Yes, everything you see on our website is available at our booth.

Do you accept credit cards online and at your booth?
Yes, we accept the following payment types online: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can also use your PayPal.com account directly from our website if you choose to do so! At this time we do not accept credit cards at our booth. We only accept cash. Frank & Son's does have several ATM's on the premises though.

Do you accept personal checks or money orders as a form of payment?
No, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Do you make the shirts you sell?
No, we do not. We buy our shirts from professional manufacturers. Our shirts are very high quality silk screens or professional quality heat transfers. A license agreement is required for a company to make and sell t-shirts featuring another registered trademark. We buy our shirts from companies that have licensing agreements with the major studios.

The sizes listed on the website are Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large and 3X. Are these sizes for adult men, women or youth?
All our t-shirts are Adult Mens size unless otherwise specified.

How do I know which size to order?
Check the size chart shown on each product page to determine the right size. If you are still unsure, try measuring a shirt you already own, and compare it to our listed sizes.

Do you have a size chart?
Yes, every single product page has a list of dimensions for that exact shirt. We have taken the time to measure one of every shirt/ size combination that we have and posted the size information. This way you will be able to tell if a shirt runs small or large just by visiting our site.

What material are your shirts made of?
All of our standard t-shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Our sheer shirts are a 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend unless otherwise noted. Our hoodies are 80% cotton, 20% polyester.

I see an item I like, but you don't have my size. Will it come back in stock?
If we are out-of-stock on an item it will say "Backordered" next to the item size. Typically backordered items come back into stock within 2 weeks. If the size is not listed it means it is no longer available.

I am trying to add something to my cart, but it won't let me. Can you help?
Usually this means that the product is actually out of stock. Look carefully on the product page above the item code. Where it says "Available/ In-Stock" will tell you if the item is available for order.

Yes! The advantage of being on our mailing list is that you will be the first to know when new products arrive. You will also be notified of any specials we may be running as well as discount codes to use on our t-shirts. Sign up for our mailing list by clicking here.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Within the United States we ship via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. For most Priority Mail shipments the average cost (1-2 items) will be between $7.00 and $9.00. To get an actual shipping price just add the product you want to your shopping cart, then go to your shopping cart. Once in the shopping cart you can click on "estimate shipping" to get an exact shipping cost.

We typically ship our t-shirts within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Naturally weather or a power outage can affect this. Typically USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days for you to receive it once the package has been picked up by the post office. Please allow 7-10 days for shipment of in-stock merchandise.

Do you ship shirts internationally?
No, at this time we only ship within the United States.
